The Tools tab in BodyBook contains the following items:

Preferences: Set application preferences

Backup / Restore: Back up or restore your database over WiFi

Stopwatch: Time events without having to exit BodyBook

Send Email to Support

Should you encounter a problem with BodyBook, or if you have support questions, select this item to bring up your device's Mail application. The address field will be filled out to the Back Pocket Software support address and information about your version of BodyBook and your device will be pasted into the body of the email. Just type your question or issue and hit "Send" to send your request or issue to Back Pocket Software Support.
