Adding Exercises
BodyBook ships with a set of over 60 exercises. Chances are, though, there is an exercise you wish to have that wasn't in the default set. Fortunately, adding an exercise is easy!
In the Exercises tab, touch the + sign in the upper-left corner of the display. The New Exercise view will slide into place:

Name and Description
Choose a name for your exercise and enter it into the Name field. You may also enter a description which will be displayed with your exercise in small text below the exercise name.
When you have finished entering the name and description, touch the blue "Done" button on the keyboard to make it slide out.
Choose a Category
Touch the Category field to select a category. The default category is "Uncategorized". Assigning a category to an exercise makes it easier to locate the exercise in the categorized list. It will also show up in a History view for the category you selected.
If the category for your exercise doesn't exist, you may add a new category from the Categories screen by touching the + button.
Sets
If it makes sense to track sets of this exercise, slide the "Track Sets" switch to the "ON" position.
What to Track
Each exercise can track zero or more of the following entries:
- Reps
- Weight
- TIme
- Distance
- Energy
- Custom

Save the Exercise
When you have finished, touch the blue "Save" button at the upper-right to save your exercise. The exercise will be listed in the Exercises list organized by category.
