The Exercises tab provides you with access to the complete list of Exercises contained in BodyBook. From the Exercises tab, you may record results for any exercise outside of a workout by touching the Exercise name in the list. This can be handy if you find yourself doing exercises that weren't part of your normal routine, or if you just have a single exercise you want to record. Entering an exercise from the Exercise page is very similar to entering it from within a Workout

Exercise records can always be changed from the History page and can be updated to be part of a Workout, even if the exercise is not always part of that Workout.

Adding Exercises describes how to add new exercises to your arsenal.

Edit / Delete Exercises describes how to modify or remove existing exercises.
